NextBrick Solutions Announces Support for SolarisTM 10

CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA, USA, MAY 25, 2005. NextBrick Solutions, Ltd. a leading system integrator and collaborative software for portals and enterprise applications today announced that its NextBrick Toolbar Server, JES Edition, is verified to support SolarisTM 10 Operating System (OS).

The NextBrick Toolbar Client/Server is an add-on to the Sun JES Portal that significantly enhances accessibility to content and applications available to Sun JES Portal users. The NextBrick Toolbar Client is a browser plug-in that offers JES Portal users continuous access to portal resources in their browser by extending portal functionality beyond a single page interface. The NextBrick Toolbar client also enables the delivery of real-time alerts to portal users, opening up new possibilities for creating high performance, on-demand information delivery.

The NextBrick Portal Toolbar Server is a preferences manager that integrates directly with the Sun JES Portal that can be personalized by both Portal administrators and individual users. It integrates with existing Portal user privileges and extends access to vital portal resources directly into the browser to offer "always on" access to Portlets, content, communities, and all other Portal and enterprise resources.

The NextBrick Portal Toolbar server is built from a 100% JavaTM software API, which can be accessed to modify and extend the Toolbar (Client and Server) to meet specific business requirements.

The NextBrick Portal Toolbar for Sun JES Portal is an ideal solution to provide our joint customers and prospect base the ability to support the performance demands of their user constituency as their applications scale and as the need for accessibility to Portal resources increases.
