MetaUploader is built as server-side Java and can run on most popular Java servlet engines and application servers. The underlying MetaUploader technology is essentially a metarepository which allows data from multiple data sources and repositories to be integrated into the MetaUploader's internal data model. MetaUploader's core architecture is built on the principles of distributed database theory, and provides graceful failure when integrating 'dirty' datasources.
