• Design: Design of all integration and development components of the portal solution, based on of all customer requirements received from previous phase.

• Development: Development both onsite and offshore to deliver all functional components of the solution.

• Enhancement Products: Key add-on software components to enhance out of the box portal functionality.

• QA & Testing : Production testing, bug fixes, and delivery of the final production system.

• Production Deployment : Deployment of the portal solution onsite working with customer personnel and integrated into customer technical infrastructure.

• Maintenance: Further development and maintenance provided to customer on an as-needed basis.
